While meeting Atal Bihari Vajpayee during his inauguration at Raj Bhavan as Prime Minister of India in 1999, Divan Dave CEO of ISM/OmniMD was invited by India’s PM of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) to start a software development center in India. Subsequently ISM India was opened in 1999, at Gurgaon, India. ISM’s CEO explains, “India always revered education and in this new world of knowledge, one who has efficiency achieving education will be ahead. ISM wants to make sure that such opportunity is not lost. We’re launching our software development center at Gurgaon (suburb of New Delhi) India.”
