The Inauguration of ISM/OmniMD’s state-of the art development center- Ahmedabad, India

Amongst Vedic hymn, Integrated Systems Management Inc. of Tarrytown, NY opened its software development center at Aakurati Complex, C. G. Road, Navaragpura, and Ahmedabad, India. CEO Divan Dave mentioned that the 500 + seat center will serve as a software development, marketing, customer support and an HR hub for ISM globally. Customer Support for ISM’s flagship product OmniMD will be also conducted from here. The opening of the office is a great achievement for ISM to become a global company. The occasion was attended by more than 1,000 prominent people, well-wishers and employees of ISM.




ISM Promotes Education for all Employees’ Children

ISM has decided to pay for its employees’, who have below a certain salary, children to receive education. Education in India is very poor; however, there have been efforts to raise the education systems in India. CEO Divan Dave firmly believes that, “Illiteracy is unacceptable and we must create an environment where every child can study. Due to poverty, many parents in India take their children out of the schools to eke out daily living, leaving child almost illiterate. This vicious cycle must be broken. ISM/OmniMD will make sure all of its employees’ children go to school fulltime up to high school.” By ensuring that its employees send their children to school, ISM is taking a step forward in contributing to ending the illiteracy rates in India.

Introducing English Communication Programs in the Workplace

ISM’s India office, based in Ahmedabad, India, has recently introduced communications program to ensure that all employees of ISM are fully versed in English, which eliminates the language barrier to clients. The medium of communication is introduced as English in the entire office globally. ISM’s CEO Divan Dave states, “The Economy Times reports that less than 5% of Engineer Graduates in India are employable in the global economy. One of the prime reasons for such a meager number is the communication barrier these graduates face.” ISM has introduced a communication and an English mastery program to irradiate such issues. Employees do not have to face obstacles presented by the English language, by addressing the problem, workers can produce more results. “We want to achieve 100% productivity from 100% of our employees.”- Divan Dave

ISM Introduces Yoga into the Workplace

By introducing yoga to the corporate environment, employers will be able to reap the benefits the ancient, Indian practice brings to its employees and the overall company. ISM/OmniMD’s CEO Divan Dave believes, “Healthy employees are productive and positive at the office, home and society/community. Yoga adds on an average of 10 years to life to those who practice regularly. To counter stress and remain physically fit our ancestors introduced yoga thousands of years ago, which is a great achievement. Yoga is the only practice that tones muscle, gives aerobic exercise, makes muscles flexible and nimble and helps calm ones nervous system by meditation. I want all my employees to be fit physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am giving them the gift of 10 years to their lives”. Ms. Hetal Jadav, a certified yoga instructor, will conduct Yoga practices four-times a week on an ongoing basis. Sonal Shah, head of ISM company’s India operations says, “Yoga will be run continually at the ISM India Facility for four times/week at no cost to our employees.” No cost to workers and good health to employees will allow them to focus more and work efficiently. Overall, practicing yoga in the work place will not only benefit employees but also their employer. ISM adopts green policy

Businesses all over the world have been implementing “going green” policies into their corporate environments and ISM/OmniMD is most certainly one of them. By embracing environmentally friendly policies, businesses big and small can not only help Mother Nature and the community but also help save millions for themselves. CEO Divan Dave of ISM/OmniMD introduced a complete Green Policy for all of the global (US and India) offices of ISM/OmniMD. It is a great achievement to incorporate a green policy into an office. Quoting the Upanishad’s Divan mentioned that “we are not owners and plunderers of the world. We’re merely custodians. We must take what’s necessary from this nature, making sure it’s replenished. Otherwise in a few generations, we’ll have nothing left for our scions.” The ISM/OmniMD team has been fully recycling trash, using reusable utensils and plates, using both sides of paper while printing, replacing its current AC with a new five star one and much more. This computer company believes it can achieve excellence in the work place and help our earth simultaneously. All these changes contribute to its efforts to join the global going green cause.
